Guests will be responsible for additional water bills if unreported leaks cause excess usage also, if you notice anything that isn’t working properly, let us know right away so we can address it. Kitchen Use: Use protective pads under hot pots or pans to prevent damage to countertops Do not remove the strainer basket from the kitchen sink to avoid clogs. Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment tidy. Excessive mess will result in an extra cleaning fee. Towels are not multipurpose – they are for drying the body only. Guests must not stain, tear, damage, or remove any of the following items: Towels (of any kind), linens, sheets, pillowcases, mattress protectors, pillows, blankets, duvets, cushions, tablecloths, curtains, or sofa covers. If that happens, you will be charged for the replacement. Always remember to use mattress protectors and sofa/futon covers to keep them safe and well-maintained. Dispose of trash properly and do not leave food unattended. Damage Reporting: Report any damages or broken items immediately—before checkout. Checkout Instructions: Please turn off all appliances, lights, and fans, take out the trash, and make sure the exit door is locked and let us know once you’ve checked out.
