No parties or events, Pet allowed, No smoking, Not suitable for children, Not suitable for infants READ ALL THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING AND INQUIRING, PLEASE., Do not smoke, no parties and please take care of the apartment., Always make sure to put the right guests number when you make the booking , Check in/check out by yourself so you will not need to worry about pickup keys because there is a lock box with the keys hanging in the door, that way you can access the apartment at any time after 3 pm., Only registered guests on the premises but friends can stay during day,time., DO NOT remove the strainer basket from the kitchen sink, that will clog the system., DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the toilets., No feminine products should be flushed at any time, If it’s found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you will be charged damages. , When water leaks occur during the guest's stay and are not reported for repair, the guest will be held responsible and will pay for the difference in the water bill caused by the leak., PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND SANITIZED, we work hard trying to keep the apartment clean for you, please keep it the same way as you know if you leave the apartament in a mess so you will be charged with an extra cleaning fee., Towels are not multipurpose, they are intended solely for body use, so when you stain, tear or leave them in very bad condition, unusable so we have to throw them away and buy new ones so you will be charged for that., Remember you can not smoke inside but if you smoke inside and leave the apartment or the linens, impregnated with that smell so in that case we have to bring all of them to the laundry service or we have to do an extra cleaning and you will be charged for that., Please don't leave food unattended, garbage, everywhere in the apartamento/rooms and put it out in its right container., Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings or valuables that occur for the guests on the premises, always leave the door locked when you are away., if you see something wrong related to the normal operation of the apartment, any cleaning issue, you must inform us., Any damage caused during the stay , broken items, you must inform us before check,out time., We are always available from 9 am to 6 pm ., There are some cleaning supplies under the sink, also a broom and a dustpan in case you will need them and especially to use it when you bring pets., For long stays we do more house’s cleaning at no cost, to keep the place clean., When you use the iron please use it with the board iron to avoid accidents., If you are sick let us know and bring your own linens and towels., Property has two floors, there are 2 apartments, you are on the first floor and parking is shared with the second floor and yard too., The Cost copy keys are $30 USD, in case you lose it, we will send it with the delivery guys and you will pay them., Please be considerate with neighbors by keeping down at night (after 11 pm) and parking in the designated place on the driveway., Flexible check in and check out time, if we don't have another guest on the schedule, ask me about it. , I am sure you understand how much I appreciate having guests that are respectful and their assurance that they will take good care of the place., Turn off the fans, TV, lights, stove, wash the dishes, put the keys back in the lock box , trash outside and lock the door when you do the check,out.RULES TO FOLLOW FOR OWNERS OF PETS IN CASE YOU BRING THEM, One pet is allowed to stay with a maximum weight of 40 pounds, when you bring pets, there is a fee, it's $ 70 USD, fee must be paid in advance and you are responsible for any issues caused for your pets during the stay , dogs, cats must be free of fleas otherwise don't bring them., Pets should be under the supervision of owners, when dogs are in the yard so you always has to be watch them to avoid accidents(no digging), don’t forget to pick up the pet poop, absolutely dogs can’t sleep in beds or furniture, we can't allow that for respect to our guests and same way with cats and other pets, as you know we provide one bowl to be used for you pets., You must use the covers to protect futons and sofas from pet scratches., If for some reason your pets sleep in the beds, furniture so we will take all the bedding, blankets, covers to the laundry service but when you leave them in bad condition(full of pet hair), the items affected will be disposed of and you will be charged for that. , Any issue like additional cleaning(don’t pick pet waste), broken window blinds, additional expenses caused by your pets you will be charged for that. Pet rules must be read and followed during your stay, if you want to bring pets and if you are not going to follow the rules of the apartament, please do not bring them and thus avoid claims that may result in additional expenses for you(Pet rules also apply to service animals).
