READ ALL THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING AND INQUIRING, PLEASE. - The main rule is that you must take care of the apartment, avoid causing any damage, and keep the place clean. - No parties or events, Pets are not allowed, No smoking, Suitable for children, Suitable for infants - Please ensure to accurately specify the number of guests when making the booking. - Self-check-in and check-out are available using the lockbox located on the door, allowing access to the apartment anytime after 3 pm( see instructions) - Only registered guests are permitted on the premises, but friends may visit during the daytime. - Do not remove the strainer basket from the kitchen sink as it may cause clogging. - Always use protective pads when placing hot pots or pans on the kitchen countertop to prevent costly repairs. - Only flush toilet paper down the toilets, no feminine products should be flushed to avoid damages. - Guests are responsible for reporting any water leaks during their stay to prevent additional charges for water bill differences caused by the leak. - If you notice any issues with the apartment's functionality, please inform us promptly and also report any damages caused by you before check-out time. - The apartment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized for your comfort. Please maintain its cleanliness during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees. - Please dispose of food waste properly and keep the apartment clean to avoid attracting pests. - Towels are provided for their intended use. Any damage or excessive staining to towels may result in replacement charges. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment or linens retain a smoke odor. - The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during your stay. Always lock the door when you are away from the premises. - Our office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm. Contact us during these times for assistance. - Cleaning supplies are available under the sink, along with a broom and dustpan for your convenience. - For extended stays, extra house cleaning is provided to maintain the cleanliness of the property. - Use the iron with the ironing board provided to prevent accidents. - Always remember to use mattress protectors and sofa/futon protectors to keep them safe and well-maintained. - Parking, yard space, and BBQ facilities are shared with the occupants of the other unit. - As the barbecue is shared, it should be cleaned after each use to ensure it's left clean for others and to prevent attracting rodents and insects - Replacement keys cost $40 USD. In case of loss, keys will be delivered by our delivery service, with applicable charges. - Please be mindful of noise levels after 11 pm and park in designated areas on the driveway. - Flexible check-in and check-out times are available if there are no other bookings scheduled. Please inquire about availability. - We greatly appreciate guests who are respectful and take good care of the property during their stay. - Before checking out, please ensure to turn off fans, mini-split, TV, lights, and stove, wash dishes, dispose of trash, return keys to the lockbox, and lock the door.(see check-out instructions )
